Birra al farro e miele dal colore oro e schiuma cremosa e persistente. Il corpo è medio ed i profumi sono di camomilla a agrumi. Dopo un primo impato abboccato emerge un piacevole sentore erbaceo dovuto ai luppoli impiegati. É una birra che si abbina ai formaggi e carni bianche.
