The secret of Birra Moretti "alla Siciliana" is the Zagara blossom. This orange flower, typical of Sicilly, blooms mainly in the spring. Its presence gives the beer a flavour that is rich, soft and full of intense aroma. Pleasant enjoed on its own, but also as a great accompaniment to fish dishes.
