Depuis la fin des annèes 20, la Kriek traditionelle s'obtien grâce à un Lambic de fermentation spontanèe additionnè dùn jus de cerise. Et tout le secret de cette version réside dans l'obtention artisanale de la fermentation spontanèe du Lambic.
