Lambic est le nom d'une boisson artisanale belge, obtenue à la suite dùne fermentation spontanée.

Depuis le 19e siècle, la famille Lindemans produit ce lambic et de nos jours, on brasse de la même façon artisanale. Selon la recette originale, on ajoute au Lambic du sucre de candi de façon d'ontenir un goût aigre-doux équilibré. Un Faro-Lambic devient brillant et complet dans la bouteille.
