Bulldog is an award winning strong ale that was first brewed for the export market in 1947. The traditional recipe and maturing process of 'warm conditionning' which takes place after fermentation, has been deliberately retained to preserve the strength and quality.
The beer is dry hopped and the distinctive mellow flavour of Bulldog strong ale allowed to develop slowly.
