The Sirens of Greek mythologie would entice mariners with their magical songs. Their voices would entwine into a complex, layered melody. At Siren Craft Brew, we work in a similar way, combining four ingredients that interact together in magical ways to create our ales.
Calypso was the goddess known for her sharp tongue. This beer is our homage to this enchantress, a tart spritzy berliner style sour beer that is liberally dry hopped differently in each batch.
