Northern Light is our favourite pale ale: as a drink on its own, or matched with lighter or spicy food dishes, Northern Light is refreshing and rewarding all year. The Orkney Brewery beers are brewed in tune with the ecology of our beautiful corner of the Northern Isles.
This beer is 100 % GM-free. On the nose, this pale straw-coloured beer offers appealing citrus fruits, apricot and hop-resin aromas. On the palate, these fruits combine with a dedicate juicy malt character to give a beer with a hoppy, zesty approachability - balanced, elegant and compelling.
