Raven ale is a classic bitter ale: complex and rewarding whilst remaining refreshing and easy to drink on any occasion. The Orkney Brewery beers are brewed in tune with the ecology of our beautiful corner of the Northern Isles. This beer is 100 % GM-free. On the nose, this mild-golden ale is a complex mixture of toasted and biscuit-like malt aromas with spicy, resinous hop notes. On the palate, this complexity continues with the bicuit malt and spicy citrus fruit flacours dominating, giving way to a crisp, dry hop bitterness.
