Unser Ur-Dunkel wird wie anno dazumal mit 100 % Münchner Malz gebraut. Daher rühren die feinen Karamell- und Röstmalznoten, die durch den bewussten Verzicht auf Filtration besonders zur Geltung kommen. Dieser intensive Malzcharakter wird dank der Verwendung der hochfeinen Hopfensorte Tradition durch ein fruchtiges Aroma abgerundet.
